1924 PureFire™ Emission Control Hood

The PureFire adjustable Hood from FMI embraces clean-burning fireplace technology. In fact, it has been proven to reduce fine particulate (PM10) emissions by approximately 75% and is EPA Phase 2 qualified. PureFire virtually eliminates carbon monoxide (including CO from gas logs). It is a passive system that allows the homeowner to burn the same way they've always burned with no special requirements.

This after market catalyst easily installs in less than 45 minutes and is maintenance free - no cleaning or special care required.
