StormShield STS
The ideal chimney caps for single wall pipe!
The StormShield STS Chimney Cap is a universal, solid pack, factory-built chimney cap used for round, single wall, Class “A”, and Type B gas vent chimney pipe. This cap is constructed of 26 gauge, 304 stainless steel and fits into pipe easily using the “spring fit” system - simply squeeze the base of the cap, slide it into the pipe, and the cap will grip firmly as it expands outwards.
StormShield Chimney Caps are primarily used to prevent chimney drafting issues in coastal areas where high winds, and heavy rain are common!
The StormShield STS Chimney Cap can also be used for masonry chimneys when paired with a masonry adapter (sold separately). This cap comes standard with removable lid and 1”, clog-resistant mesh screen, but is available with a 1/2” mesh screen. The StormShield STS Chimney Cap is made in the USA, and features a limited lifetime warranty.
