If you have a stone or concrete chimney cover the Hy-C Spark and Animal Screens are approved by NFPA 211 as a spark arrestor. Effective barrier for small animal pests such as birds and squirrels. Available in stainless steel or galvanized steel painted black to resist corrosion. Easy to install.

A round flue tile calls for the Hy-C Round Chimney Covers. They feature an expanded metal design. Slotted hex-head bolts securely grip the flue tile. Outside mounting provides greater free air space for better draft.  Also available with legs that can slide into the flue.

As an alternative chimney cap, the Hy-C Steel Chimney Liner Caps fit both rigid and flexible stainless steel liners. Mounts with a 2" drawband and slotted hex-head bolts and nuts. The Gelco Chimney Protector is a multi-flue chimney cap designed to fit oversized or multiple flues. Specialty Chimney Caps

The Vacu-Stackcan cure most wind-related backpuffing problems that cause fireplaces or woodstoves to smoke. Obstacles such as large trees or buildings can deflect wind down a chimney flue and counteract its normal upward draft. When wind hits the same chimney with a Vacu-Stack on it, the draft is increased in proportion to the wind speed drawing the smoke up the flue. The unique baffle design ends wind related downdrafts. The VSS model can be used on chimney liners (may void the UL Listing), class-A prefabricated chimneys, B-vent Chimneys, and on masonry flues (Masonry Adapter needed). The TDW model is designed for triple wall, air-cooled chimney as its design allows for circulation of air through the outer chimney walls. The Vacu-Stack is made of 26-gauge, 304 stainless steel and comes with a 5-year warranty.

Masonry Adapter for Vacustacks

The Masonry Adaptor allows a round Vacu-Stack or Weathershield to adapt to a masonry flue tile. The adapter attaches to the chimney flue or crown with high-temperature silicone sealant as well as an adjustable bar that helps hold it in place. Constructed of stainless steel for added strength.

All stainless steel, these caps are just the ticket for your retro-fit needs! A class-A Weathershield Chimney Cap won't rust because it is made of high quality stainless steel. Tight friction fit holds cap securely in place. Wide base covers Class-A chimneys. Includes screen to keep out birds, animals and leaves. Stainless steel means it won't rust or corrode. Class-A model is used on double-wall solid-pack (not air-cooled) prefab chimneys. Class-A TDW model is used on triple wall, air cooled chimneys. A masonry adapter can be used to fit this cap to a masonry chimney.

The new Mark B Weathershield Cap is available for for a variety of applications. It converts from an air-cooled cap to a solid-pack cap in just seconds and can also be used with flexible or single-wall rigid liner (may void UL Listing). Stocking one cap for multi applications means fewer return trips. For air-cooled pipe, the adjustable stabilizing support screen keeps out animals and eliminates liner "float". Positioning bolts assure required spacing for air-cooled chimneys. The patented inner spring fit assures a secure flue connection. A Masonry Adapter can be used to fit this cap to a masonry chimney.
