BestFlex 316 Ti Chimney Liner Tee Kits in .005"
Our BestFlex Liner Tee Kits include .005" BestFlex Liner which is manufactured with the latest machining technology. It is has stronger corrugations and Secure-Lock Technology which effectively seals the 7-ply crimped seam with a power grip for an ultra-tight locking seam. In addition, BestFlex .005" is more flexible than the .006", making it even easier to maneuver through offsets and in the firebox. Made of 316 Titanium-Alloy stainless steel, BestFlex truly is the best of its kind. It is intended for wood, oil, category I gas and coal applications. Insulation is required for solid-fuels (pages 30 - 31). Although it's optional for gas and oil, we still suggest insulation to enhance venting performance. The kit includes a Top Plate With Clamping Collar, Square Lid Rain Cap, Tee With 10" Take-Off and Tee Cover. The Lifetime Warranty is transferrable to new owners if the home should ever be sold. BestFlex Smoothwall Liner is made from the latest machining technology. Constructed with a corrugated flexible exterior, Smoothwall has a smooth, flexible interior. This means there's no sizing restrictions when it comes to gas and oil applications. Made of 316 Titanium-Alloy Stainless Steel, BestFlex Smoothwall is built with heavy-duty double wall construction. DuraFlex Chimney Liner System
M & G DuraVent’s DuraFlex Chimney Liner is available in two designs. DuraPro Chimney Liner, previously known as FasNFlex, is made of .05" thick 316Ti stainless steel. The construction yields a chimney liner that is a very strong yet highly flexible. It’s easy to work with and has low memory, yet easily coils and straightens. It features 20% more stainless steel per foot when compared to competitors. DuraPro is available in 3" through 12" diameters and offered in a 100 foot bulk box. Use FasNClamp components to complete the installation. It is listed to the UL 1777 standard for all fuels when properly insulated with either TherMix or ProFoil Insulation as specified in the installation instructions. DuraPro Chimney Liner includes a lifetime warranty.
DuraPro SW Chimney Liner, previously known as FasNSmooth, is made of 316Ti stainless steel. Constructed of a single strip, this double layer liner is very strong, yet highly flexible. It’s easy to coil or straighten and has low memory. A special feature includes the smooth inner wall, avoiding sizing restrictions and making cleaning an easier task. This inner wall is constructed with a sure-seal locking seam making it air and water tight. It is available in 5", 5.5" and 6" diameters. Use FasNClamp components to complete the installation. It is listed to the UL 1777 standard for all fuels when properly insulated with TherMix or ProFoil Insulation as specified in the installation instructions. DuraPro Chimney Liner includes a lifetime warranty.
M & G DuraVent provides no warranty for their DuraFlex Liners when they are not installed by a trained professional installer.

Heat Fab Saf-T Chimney Liner System
Heat-Fab rigid stainless steel Saf-T Chimney Liner is a great solution to lining a straight masonry chimney. It’s ideal for relining chimneys that have a deteriorated lining, oversized lining, or for lining chimneys with no existing lining. Heat-Fab’s Saf-T Chimney Liner System adds years to the life of a chimney. This 24-gauge liner is resistance-welded and meets code requirements while providing optimum safety. As a substitute for ⅝" fireclay liner, Saf-T Chimney Liner cannot be beat. It can also be used for those jobs where a black stovepipe or galvanized connector pipe just isn’t tough enough. It’s available in 3" through 12" diameters in 304L and 316L stainless steel. Saf-T Liner is Tested and Listed by Underwriters Laboratories when insulated with Saf-T Wrap insulation.

Ventinox Chimney Liner System
M & G DuraVent's Ventinox Chimney Liner is available in two different stainless steel alloys to meet all your relining needs. All are top quality stainless steel, and the liner is engineered with a continuous welded seam — the only flexible liner on the market with a welded seam, giving it maximum strength. Whether relining an unlined chimney or a chimney with a damaged liner, Ventinox Chimney Liner is the premium liner to use.
The VFT chimney liner is constructed of 316Ti stainless steel and can be used for all fuels. It is best suited to withstand the corrosive elements and temperatures typical for oil and gas venting systems. However, 316Ti stainless is also strong enough to withstand the high temperatures of woodburning. 316Ti is typically used in marine chemical environments, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks and now, commonly, for chimney lining. Either TherMix or ProFoil insulation should be used according the installation instructions. VFT features a lifetime warranty for wood, wood pellets, oil and category I gas fuels. A 10-year warranty for coal is also offered.

VG, made of AL-29-4C stainless steel is designed to vent gas burning appliances. This type of stainless withstands the corrosive elements and condensates typical in gas flues. This stainless has extreme resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion and cracking. Insulation keeps the flue gases warmer which enhances draft. These chimney liners offer the best balance of corrosion resistance, flexibility and cost. They incorporate the use of clamp fastener components, which makes relining chimneys quick and easy. Just use a screwdriver to tighten the clamps on the stainless steel tee, tee cover and rain cap. The top plate has a raised lip to prevent moisture from entering the chimney.
Ventinox Direct Connect Systems make the connection from the appliance to the chimney when the chimney is appropriately sized and passes code. Typically, a tee or insert boot, length of flex pipe and damper sealing kit make up the kits.

Chimney Relining Tools
The BestFlex Ovalizer gives you the chance to custom ovalize BestFlex in your shop. Just feed the liner into the ovalizer and crank the handle which ovalizes the liner as it pulls it through. The pipe must be fed through the ovalizer more than once depending on the desired dimensions. You can purchase an ovalizer for either corrugated or heavy-flex liner. Not for use on Smoothwall Liner. The BestFlex Winch is designed for use with heavy interlock flex and has a capacity of 1000 pounds. It includes 50' of 7/32" cable. The inside leg dimension measures 15" X 15" to accommodate larger flue openings. It also includes one adjustable leg to prevent rocking.
"The Animal" Tile Blaster breaks up and removes rectangle and square flue tiles fast. It's designed for use with a heavy-duty 1/2" drill with a clutch. The end of The Animal is available to accept either ButtonLok Rods or Torque Lock Rods (TLC). The Animal is for use only on square or rectangular tiles.
