Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Available on All Orders over $399 on Qualifying Items


Ground Shipping Policy

Retail Orders under $399 are subject to the greater amount of a minimum freight charge of $15.00 or the total amount for Standard Shipment. All orders ship free with Standard Ground service to the 48 contiguous States. Because our items are frequently shipped from multiple warehouses, we are unable to use any other private or commercial shipping account that is not our own. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. If you want to check the status of your shipment please log into your account or call a customer service rep at 1-800-722-7230.

Expedited delivery options are available for an additional cost. Expediting shipping only affects the time in transit and not the ships-within time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require custom shipping options and are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping will be calculated using real time rates and will be charged to you upon checkout or over the phone by a sales representative.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses. We must have a residential or commercial physical address in order to ship any item. If a non-physical address is entered we will contact you to obtain a physical address. If we are unable to do so and the item ships, fees may apply for reshipment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please Note: Any Retail Order over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery.



Order Processing Time

Most orders are sent out the same day if received before 3:00 pm (CST or EST depending on customer location).

Order processing time is the time needed to receive, process and ship your order after the order is placed and payment information is secured. To estimate the arrival of your package please consider the ships-within time plus the transit time associated with the method of shipment you selected. Ships-within time may vary on each individual item and is not a guarantee.

It is not uncommon for you to receive each item separately as items often ship from different warehouses.

Freight Line shipments will require someone to be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Some of our items are “made to order”, the ships-within time may also include the manufacturing time.

International Shipping
Many of the products that we carry are available for international shipping but they are not eligible for free shipping. All international shipping costs have to be calculated manually. Please call us at 800-722-7230 for details and shipping costs. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.


Damaged Shipment

If your order is damaged please inspect it and have the delivery person note any damage. If the delivery was left without a signature you may also file a concealed damage claim. Please accept the shipment and then call your sales person or customer service at 1-800-722-7230 and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
