Free Shipping:

• We offer free shipping for qualified orders over $399, available in the continental United States only.

• Some products listed in our catalog or website may not qualify for free shipping.

• All shipping considerations are subject to change without notice.

• LTL fees may apply, to include: Residential, Lift Gate, Notification and other Special Shipping Instruction fees.

GROUND SHIPPING POLICY

Retail Orders under $399 are subject to the greater amount of a minimum freight charge of $15.00 or the total amount for Standard Shipment. All orders ship free with Standard Ground service to the 48 contiguous States. Because our items are frequently shipped from multiple warehouses, we are unable to use any other private or commercial shipping account that is not our own. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. If you want to check the status of your shipment please log into your account or call a customer service rep at 1-800-722-7230.


Expedited delivery options are available for an additional cost. Expediting shipping only affects the time in transit and not the ships-within time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require custom shipping options and are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping will be calculated using real time rates and will be charged to you upon checkout or over the phone by a sales representative.


Please note that we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses. We must have a residential or commercial physical address in order to ship any item. If a non-physical address is entered we will contact you to obtain a physical address. If we are unable to do so and the item ships, fees may apply for reshipment. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Please Note: Any Retail Order over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are sent out the same day if received before 3:00 pm (CST or EST depending on customer location).


Order processing time is the time needed to receive, process and ship your order after the order is placed and payment information is secured. To estimate the arrival of your package please consider the ships-within time plus the transit time associated with the method of shipment you selected. Ships-within time may vary on each individual item and is not a guarantee.


It is not uncommon for you to receive each item separately as items often ship from different warehouses.


Freight Line shipments will require someone to be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.


Please Note: Items will not be delivered on holidays. Expedited shipping is available over the phone. Expediting shipping only affects the time in transit and not the ships-within time. If you have any questions concerning expedited shipping, please contact us at 1-800-722-7230.


Some of our items are “made to order”, the ships-within time may also include the manufacturing time.


International Shipping


Many of the products that we carry are available for international shipping but they are not eligible for free shipping. All international shipping costs have to be calculated manually. Please call us at 800-722-7230 for details and shipping costs. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.



DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If your order is damaged please inspect it and have the delivery person note any damage. If the delivery was left without a signature you may also file a concealed damage claim. Please accept the shipment and then call your sales person or customer service at 1-800-722-7230 and we will assist you in resolving the matter.


Special Orders & Ovalizing:

• Products that qualify as “special”, “made to order”, or “custom” are items that ship directly from the manufacturer, and are not readily

available in our warehouses.

• We reserve the right to determine which products qualify as “special”, “made to order”, or “custom”.

• Many “special”, “made to order”, or “custom” items such as chimney caps, large diameter pipe, special liners, cut liners, and more can be

ordered. Contact your regional sales representative for more information and the most up to date pricing.

• We are happy to ovalize your liner to your specifications. Ovalized liner is not eligible for free shipping and not eligible for returns, for any

reason. Ovalized liner can become easily damaged when shipping, contact your regional sales representative for ovalizing options and

alternatives.

• Please note that “special”, “made to order”, or “custom” items are not eligible for free shipping and not eligible for returns, for any reason.

Returns will not be accepted, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

• All orders are treated with top priority, regardless of size. We have no minimum order requirements.

• It is not uncommon for you to receive multiple products separately as items often ship from different warehouses.

Pricing


• All prices are subject to change without notice.


Payment Terms

• We accept all major credit cards.

• ACH, and open account billing available for long-standing, credit qualified customers only - please inquire with your regional sales

representative. All other customers must pay with credit card, or cash at time of sale.

• Pay account balances by phone, or by logging into your customer account online. Please contact your regional sales representative to

setup your online customer account.

• All overdue invoices are subject to 18% interest finance charges. Any account over 30 days past due is subject to credit hold. Failure to stay

within terms can result in loss of account status, account placed in collections, and orders held until the account is paid in full.



Returns

• If you need to return an item you may do so within 30 days of the product's delivery.

• The product must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

• All returns will have shipping charges applied.

• All returns must be arranged with your regional sales representative and be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• The RMA number expires 30 days after the date the product was delivered to you.

• If you attempt to return an item without an RMA, or an item in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at

your cost. If we choose to accept the return, an additional 25% restocking fee will apply.

• If your product is received damaged, empty, or missing - please immediately contact your regional sales representative.

• Once we receive the return, inspect it, and determine it to be in acceptable condition, we will issue a credit towards the original form of

payment.

• Please allow us 1-2 weeks after delivery of the returned item to inspect the return, and for our Accounting Department to process your

refund.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. At our

discretion, returns that are sent to the incorrect warehouse will be refused, shipped back at the customer’s expense, or assessed a 25%

restocking fee to cover administrative costs, shipping costs, and other additional fees.

• In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon

receipt of said item, we will notify you that the item was received damaged or used, and fees may apply.

• Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer

in writing, prior to disposal/return. After 30 business days the item will be disposed of.


• Refused shipments, without cause, will result in additional charges including: shipping fees, and a 25% restocking fee.
